Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to www.cyamobility.com (the "Website") and to CYA Paperclip, CYA Mobility's internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "App"). By using either, you agree to them.
The App
- Internal use only. CYA Mobility built the App for its own business. It isn't sold, licensed or offered to anyone else, and only personnel authorized by CYA Mobility may use it.
- License. CYA Mobility grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for CYA Mobility's business. No other rights are granted.
- Read-only access. The App connects only to CYA Mobility's own QuickBooks Online company, and it reads data without changing it.
- QuickBooks. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App isn't made or endorsed by Intuit, and your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms.
- Revocation. CYA Mobility may disconnect or discontinue the App at any time.
The Website
- Information only. The Website provides general information about our products and services. It isn't medical advice. Ask your healthcare provider about your needs.
- Accuracy. Product details, availability and prices may change without notice.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Website, for example by attempting to disrupt it or access it without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website and the App are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, CYA Mobility isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where CYA Mobility has its principal place of business.
